Construction of the I³-Lab is making visible progress. The basement, deep cellar and ground floor have already been completed. Around 20 workers are currently building the reinforced concrete walls and ceilings of the upper floors section by section. The building is taking shape step by step including the wrap-around precast balconies that will later serve the maintenance of the green facade, as well as a section on the south side where the upper floor extends freely beyond the ground floor level.
The completion of the structural work is expected in Juli 2026, followed by the start of the finishing works. Overall completion is planned for the second half of 2027.
