In the presence of Dr. Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut, Minister of Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism of the State of Baden-Württemberg, and Prof. Reinhold R. Geilsdörfer, CEO of the Dieter Schwarz Foundation, the MOLIT Institute celebrated another important project milestone with the laying of the foundation stone at the I³ construction site.
In perfect weather, visitors had the opportunity to gain an overview of the already advanced shell construction and deep foundation, to engage with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers, and to learn more about the building, its concept, and the future working environment.
As one of the three award-winning lighthouse projects in the RegioWIN2030 competition, the I³-Lab will provide modern office and laboratory spaces covering around 2,700 m² to strengthen cooperation potential and further advance research and treatment approaches in personalized medicine.
